What you will get with sleep apnea is poor sleep quality and sleepiness in the day. If the air passageway is blocked, then it will result in shallow breathing pause in breathing itself. If you snore regularly, have yourself checked by a physician. A person suffering from sleep apnea have blocked passageways therefore snores during sleep.
Sleep apnea related to snoring and having blocked airways could potentially be obstructive sleep apnea. Sleep apnea may cause you to have high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, stroke and other heart related concerns. You should not prolong it and consult a doctor if you snore chronically.
