It was close to impossible to identify the paternity of a child 20 years ago before DNA testing was developed. All you can base your suspicion or doubts on is the blood sample your child and yourself. If you are of the same blood type, then you may be the father, but this is not always accurate since there is only 4 blood types and any other person can have the same blood type as you have even if you are not related.
