On the face of it, tennis is a pretty easy game - you have to take it in turns to hit a ball and make it land within a group of lines. It is also quite cheap to play - when you have a ball and a racquet, you can play in a T-shirt and shorts or skirt. None of this stuff is especially expensive, unless you go for well-known names.

The giving of gifts does not only happen between friends and relatives. It is also inherent amongst companies and corporations and their employees. The purpose is similar, although for firms, it is made with another intention that might be explained by the business side of it. Corporate gifts are made use of as a tool to show hospitality, appreciation, or gratitude to business colleagues, employees and clients who took part in the company. Corporate gifts are used either to build better relationships within a company or used as an initial or sustained effort to acquire business contacts with another company.

When I was a fairly young boy of about 10 years of age, my mother wanted me to learn tennis, so she bought me a tennis racquet for Christmas so that I might take up the hobby. There had been many alternatives in terms of choosing a tennis racquet. My mother told me later and it had been fairlyconfusing.

A tennis ball is very distinctive and are used by millions of children and adults all over the world for playing tennis, naturally, but many, many other less formal games too. They are not merely the right size for tennis, presumably anyway at 2.7 inches or 6.7 centimetres in diameter, but they also fit neatly into a hand or a dog’s mouth. Therefore people use them for playing catch, for various games of softball like rounders and for throwing for the dog to bring back.

I was reading one of those ‘Golfing for Women’ magazines the other day and started wondering where the women are, who wear the golf apparel modeled in women’s golf magazines? I’ve never seen women, professionals included, who would dress in such expensive and outrageous clothes!
