So when the spiritual voice inside your head starts to second-guess the messages and insights you’ve received, simply thank it for sharing and jot the messages and insights down into your nature wander notepad. Sometimes I discover drawing a sketch of what I have seen as well as generating a few bullet points is more effective simply because I can then see more within your messages after i go into the integration phase of all the nature wander.

After you receive these insights from nature, you will naturally know if that is the end of one’s nature wander or if you will find even more messages nature is eager to show you. Merely thank the element inside the wilderness for the insights and again tap into your heart middle. Notice exactly where the pull is and merely go with it. Whether the pull is to return to the place you began your nature wander or if it’s to carry on deeper into the wilderness. Go with the pull and see where it really is you’re drawn. Once more, if your head kicks in merely return into no-mind and go with the pull.

If you are drawn to another object inside the wilderness, your goal again is to interpret the signs, symbols and messages that are being offered for you. If it feels correct you may also want to talk with this particular element inside the wilderness via giving it queries together with your inner voice and listening for the insights it decides to share with you. Then write down a few bullet sentences around the perception and draw a sketch if you really feel drawn to. Always thank the element inside the wilderness for it is knowledge and ask if it’s anything it might like to know.

If you are looking at a number of intentions for your heart walk, keep heading off till you’re feeling you’ve discovered the insights for your intentions. Generally if you’re performing multiple intentions for the heart wander I find it best to focus on one intention at a time because the messages and insights are often clearer that way.

When you’re ready to return to where you began your nature walk, simply return. While you walk I discover it is great to reflect on your insights you’ve just received from nature. You will most likely get to witness even a lot more insights into the messages you noticed on your nature wander. I’ll usually stop from time to time and jot these deeper insights down in my nature walk notepad as I walk around.

After i dwell on this, I usually time to see the scene inside my mind’s eye. As I am walking back I will look for all of the small particulars within what occurred. Perhaps I notice lots of branches sticking out from the straight tree and I get to determine that by being straight in my romantic relationship that it allows us to branch out into numerous unique locations. Or perhaps I notice that as the stream water flows around the large boulder that the surface area becomes smooth. And I get to determine that if I move around the issue within my romantic relationship as opposed to bumping into all the time the movement becomes clean.

Meditation is always the key to forming a spiritual relationship with the land.
