Forming A Spiritual Link With the Object Within The wilderness

That whenever you are in a conversation with somebody that you can listen to them yet at the same time you are aware in the sound forms of the birds or perhaps the rustle of the leaves in the wind around you. That you can also be focused on the sound but also aware of the other sounds surrounding you.
This is similar to how native indigenous individuals hear the world. For once they are out hunting they should be fully aware of their environment. In both a visual sense as well as an audible perception. So when I have checked into and are conscious of the sounds surrounding me, I then have a few moments to walk where I really feel drawn within this state of heightened sound. At the same time I play with being in 3-D vision while also being in stereo surround sound. The world gets to be a special place while walking within this state. It gets to be much more alive. Much more tangible. Once practicing and combining with no tension within your body, every moment starts to become an eternity. Extended. Expanded. For when you start expanding your senses you are starting to open up the doorways and to melt in to the present everlasting moment.
The sense of sight and perception of sound forms are each outward senses. We glance outward and we listen outwards. For most individuals, they are our two predominant senses. Once they’re expanded it’s easier to tap in to the religious world beyond the typical one we usually know.
However, you are able to go deeper by expanding more of one’s senses.
The following sense I usually have participants broaden and discover on the heart walk is their sense of smell. As far as the schism of senses is concerned, both smell and flavour are grouped together. They’re each internal senses and they are each chemical reactions that occur within our system.
The perception of scent is often overlooked inside our culture. We’re forever stuffing down our natural perception of smell by placing on deodorants, spraying rooms with deodorizers and getting rid of nearly every scent that arrives our way. We even justify ourselves for generating smells. With time, this cultural aversion to smells has dulled our perception of scent much in a way that we’re unable to pick up the scent of a path as native indigenous people once did.
