1. Discover your calling. What have you been called to do? Where is your place on this earth? And is there a way your calling can also contribute to your family’s income? If there is, pursue that line of work. Doing something that you were meant to do is the best way to ensure that you succeed at it.
2. What are you doing to secure your own success? Are you helping yourself walk along the path, or are you standing in your own way? Take a good, long look at your own actions, thoughts and motivations before assuming that it’s outside forces that are holding you back.
3. Don’t put the reins on your imagination. The world of facts is limiting, your imagination is unlimited. Allow it to fly unfettered and there will be no obstacles in your path and no limits to where the road might take you.
4. Believe in yourself. Self confidence can achieve wonders. Let yourself shine.
5. Give back to your family, your community, all those people and institutions that have encouraged you along the way. By giving, you will be helping someone else, and funny enough it all comes back to you. Maybe its karma or fate, call it what you want, but there really is something to the concept that what you give to others will come back to you and your loved ones in many ways.
