The companies that sell these are nothing but scams but at the end of the day, several thousands believe in their claims and for them, that is all that matters.
Don’t get me wrong: there are a number of good products on the market too but as a rule of thumb, the more popular and thus the most profitable ones are the ones that make over the top promises. Stay away from products that make over the top claims. It all is in your mind - you are the only one who can decide your success.
There are some of the best fat burners in the market. There is a great number of books that claim to tell you how to lose weight. There is no dearth of “coaches” either. However, what you need to realize is that despite all these coaches, books and pills, the one and the only thing that matters is you and your will to lose fat.
