However, once you’ve got a feeling of enlightenment it does start to be a great deal simpler. After some time you’ll discover that you won’t need to do as a lot of talking with Ralph. That he’ll naturally start to be peaceful the more time you invest in innocence and no-mind.
As you invest more time heightening your senses all through your day, you’ll notice that your senses are usually turned on more and more noticeably. As you start heightening your senses you will most likely find you will not have to go through the formal sense meditation on your nature walks.
Similarly with your guiding force. As soon as you start going with the guiding force and bringing it into your lifestyle, you’ll start to notice that you usually cling to the guiding force inside your day-to-day lifestyle. You usually allow the guiding force to guide you in what you really are doing all through the day.
And as you spend more and more time in a feeling of enlightenment in nature you’ll usually start forming the link with your objects around you and getting internal discussions with them. To the point that you can be in your car driving, see a bird and start an internal conversation with it.
While you practice, these exercises will start to be more a small bit of one’s lifestyle. They will begin to start to be a small bit of you.
That’s when the nature walk gets to be super easy. For instance, what I do now on a heart wander is first of all write down my intention. Drop tension inside my system and mind and permit the subtle pull to guide me through nature. Then I will start to interpret the signs and symbols I come along. Sometimes I will also spend some time tapping in to the knowledge of certain objects of the wilderness if I feel guided to.
After this I’ll invest a few moments writing down my insights. Occasionally I also draw a small sketch to remind me. That is it.
Occasionally on a nature walk I’ll literally walk out my rear door and also the insight is right there directly in front of me. Such as being a bird generating a specific sound. Or a tree swaying the wind. Or perhaps a communication within a cloud formation.
Enlightenment in the wilderness enables you to tap straight in to the creator.
