It is uncertain as to what year zero gravity chairs came into existence but most people believe that the earliest consumer versions were released in four years ago. This kind of furniture is also referred to by many as anti gravity chairs. The uninitiated upon hearing the term zero gravity chairs will likely think of these pieces of furniture as capable of hovering or floating. The term used for these chairs however is a bit of a misnomer as it is not really defiant to the rules of gravity, rather their design allows for easy conversion from an upright chair to a recliner and providing impressive support to the natural contours of the user’s body to simulate the feeling of being weightless.
