When attempting to get yourself into relaxation mode, whenever I notice stress form inside either my body or thoughts I notice that my sensory consciousness also closes down. It’s like tension will be the exact same as closing a faucet on the awareness of the existing moment in time.

As these deeper insights come to me, I’ll have a couple of moments to put in writing them down in my heart wander notepad and occasionally add extra insights into the sketch. Usually along the following couple of hrs, days and occasionally even months I will see even further insights into what the wilderness was attempting to inform me. That is why I discover it essential to reflect on what I saw, heard, smelt, tasted and felt within nature just after my nature wander.

The internal voice whlist staying in a feeling of relaxation is usually quite sluggish. I discover that occasionally it’ll take the element inside nature a few moments to respond. So I usually wait and pay attention. I listen for the subtle internal voice of the object.

Or maybe you will discover a natural rhythm and develop your intuition inside the bird calls surrounding you. The rhythm a crow sings at. As opposed to the natural rhythm of the finch. A magpie. Or maybe a honey eater.

Just after you have been investing a few moments doing the tree intuition meditation, you will get a sense of the connection through the soles of your feet to the earth beneath. At the same time you’ll have a sense in the connection with the sky above. And you’ll also obtain a sense of connection with being walking on the earthly plane. So as you stroll across the land you are able to consciously shift your attention from being linked to the earth below you, and the elements around you and the spirit above you. With practice you may also tap in to the perception of becoming connected with all 3 states while you stroll. This delivers a much deeper consciousness of where you are at any moment in time.

With relaxation just start to get conscious of the different sounds within your body. In the inner sounds. Invest some time spending time using the internal sounds inside the body.
