Some people cannot grill outdoors because they don’t have the space, they are living in condominiums, or simply are not allowed to do so by their neighbors. As a workaround they can buy indoor electric grills. Although the foods cooked in them lack the smokiness typical to those that are char-grilled, they are nonetheless sumptuous, and as many people believe, are healthier. If you really want that smokiness in your grilled meats, you can just sprinkle them with liquid smoke before you place them on the grill plate.

There are two general types of toasters sold these days. One would be the pop-up toaster, and the second is the toaster oven. In pop-up toasters the bread slices are inserted vertically, and a lever on the side is pressed to activate it. Once the toasting cycle is complete, the toast pops up out of the slots, hence the name. They come in two variants; you can find 4 and 2 slot toasters. 2 slot toasters outsell their four slot counterparts by about 3 to 1 though because the latter is bulkier and often impractical if you live alone or don’t have a very big family and no morning rush in the kitchen.
