The Evolution Of Web Design - A Discussion

Websites have gone a long way in terms of design since the first one became live in 1990. Websites in the past were pretty straightforward and were mostly text-based. Over the years, we are introduced to websites made with HTML table-based designs, then Flash, and now to cascading style sheets or CSS. The preference for CSS is because of its ease of use, especially when it comes to updating or changing the design of a website. With previous style languages, making design modifications would be a nightmare.
