The most important reason for wearing long sleeved dresses for winter is the fact that it will keep you warm, but stylish as well. It will also help you to show off your slim arms if it is tight around the arms. If it is tighter around the arm, it is also much better if you are going to wear a sweater or a jacket over it. On the other hand, if it is slightly wider, you could wear something warm underneath it and keep the styling visible.
