Smoking has a lot of bad effects on a person. However, big cigarette companies would spend billions each year to promote smoking and making it appear cool and attractive to the opposite sex. If you look at TV advertisements of cigarettes, you will see that smokers are always, always, surrounded by beautiful and sexy women.

How I Got To Quit Smoking

Since I was raised by a family of smokers, I realized that quitting smoking was very difficult for me to do. Both my parents smoke more than a pack of 20s in a day. My father, in his early sixties, picked up a disease of the lungs known as tuberculosis. Although he was treated for TB for 6 months, the doctors found a hole in his lung in the size of a pingpong ball.
