The current state of the housing market is in the cellar. It is a buyer’s market for the first time home buyer who has no house to sell as homes are cheaper than they have been in decades. You can pick up a home for much less than it would be in a good economy.

Sorting Drawers and Painting Walls: Moving’s Ups and Downs

No one wants to pack up and move from one residence to another. We know moving is literally a pain the umpteenth time we squat to pack another large carton with part of our worldly belongings. We don’t realize how much junk we have accumulated until we start filling boxes with the stuff. We probably don’t know where half of it came from and why we bought it in the first place as we sort it all out.
