We’re constantly getting guided by a force. Some label it the life force. Then on your vision quest imagine what it really is like for the object in front of you to be feeling. Either the tactile feeling and the inner feelings. For instance if you are drawn to a large tree and there’s a slight wind blowing, picture how that feels along the bark of all the tree. So the first place to start your nature meditation would be to merely stand upright with your eyes closed and scan along your system for any small amount of stress. While you find places inside your system that are keeping stress, just notice how that feels. Notice the feel of the stress. Notice the tightness of all the muscles in that region. Notice the temperature of all the stress such as is it hot or chilly? Merely put your awareness on the stress within your system.

So when the spiritual voice inside your head starts to second-guess the messages and insights you’ve received, simply thank it for sharing and jot the messages and insights down into your nature wander notepad. Sometimes I discover drawing a sketch of what I have seen as well as generating a few bullet points is more effective simply because I can then see more within your messages after i go into the integration phase of all the nature wander.
