Even the American College of Physicians and the American Pain Society recommends spinal manipulation as an adjunctive therapy for those with lower back pain. Further boosting the selling point of chiropractic medicine is its enhanced accessibility thanks to health insurance packages, both from private and federal sources that now provide coverage for chiropractic services.
