Most people associate marketing to the strategies involved in the actual promotion of products and services. In reality, marketing covers several other processes. First of which is identifying which goods and services are interesting and presenting those to the general public in hopes of transforming them into actual paying customers. It also involves creating strong relationships with patrons to prevent them from buying or getting the services of the company’s competitors. Having said this, the concept of marketing involves measuring the efficacy of strategies employed.
