Saturated fats are bad for our overall health. That’s what they have been saying within the past six decades. Health experts together with the media tell us that saturated fats can cause Alzheimer’s disease, being overweight, heart related illnesses, as well as higher levels of cholesterol within the body. The intriguing thing is that throughout the past few decades, we have also noticed the increased prevalence of these same ailments even though we have been staying away from saturated fats.
